Our path to cultivating the mind, body, and Qi can be divided into the following categories:
Martial Arts

Dr. Fung has over 30 years of experience in teaching and training various styles of martial arts. Dr. Fung specialises in Imperial Yang Tai Chi (IYTC) and Kulo Wing Chun 22 Sansau (KL22), having received discipleships from the late grandmaster Wei Shuren and the late master Leung Wunzi, respectively. Our focus is on demystifying and decoding the Internal training methods. We believe the profound knowledge from past masters should be shared and made accessible to the public.
“Nothing should be hidden. When you truly understand the supposedly secret methods of the old masters, you’ll see they’re logical and scientific, not esoteric. Your martial arts training should be effective, practical, and should enhance the wellbeing of the mind and body.”
Tensiometrics

Tensiometrics is a training method created by Dr. Fung based on traditional Internal arts and their correlations to contemporary biological sciences, including physics, biomechanics, myofascial and skeletal anatomy, and neural science. It is great for building strength, rehabilitation, health, and martial arts applications. It also involves the study of the opponent’s anatomy as well as the hidden physics on how to manipulate power—the scientific method that gives the old masters their almost supernatural abilities.
“Many martial arts teachers prefer to explain everything in esoteric terms, either because they don’t fully understand them or because they dress them up in order to charge more. Once you fully understand Internal energy, it is quite logical and easy to follow.”
Since Tensiometrics is universal, it can be applied in any martial art style.
Shen Yi Qi

Shen Yi Qi 神意氣 can be translated loosely as Spirit, Mind-Intent, and Qi. People often misinterpret the concept because our modern society and education lack familiarity with these traditional terms. However, Shen Yi Qi are not mystical; they are vital parts of normal human function. You can think of Shen as our “true” higher self, Yi as our conscious mind, and Qi as the combined effect of various biological processes that carry energy and information between the mind and the body.
Why is cultivating Shen Yi Qi important?
You are not fully in control of your mind and body unless the Shen Yi Qi command train is clean. If you are seeking to understand your true self, or if you require top performances in sports, martial arts, performing arts, visual arts, and music, your ability to fully utilise your Shen Yi Qi will be crucial.
“If you want to understand yourself, to understand the fabric of reality, and to master your mind and body, cultivating your Shen Yi Qi is the clear path.”
